Is it really free?
Yes — the On Us plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. It includes up to 1,000 clients and 10,000 total records (clients, businesses, households, policies, opportunities and leads); paid plans have unlimited records. Imports take up to 50,000 rows per file — for larger books, contact us at hello@wynstudio.io. Usage (texts, AI minutes) bills at the published rates on this page. Paid plans add team features when you're ready — moving up is always your call.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The platform is free with no payment info required. You only add a card to fund usage-billed extras (SMS, AI minutes) or to move to a paid tier.
Can I export all my data?
Yes. Export your whole book to CSV — and your policies to ACORD XML — on every tier, free, always. Your data is yours.
Is Luna available?
Luna is live today as the voice on AI Dial and campaigns — renewals, quote follow-ups, welcomes, win-backs. All five AI teammates — Halo, Atlas, Sentinel, Argus, and Luna — are active.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month at every tier. Annual prepay discounts available at Scale.
Built-in rating engine?
WYN built the Rater Bridge, which returns real carrier premiums into your CRM. It is proven inside WYN’s own agency but not yet available to outside agencies. Until then, Starter and higher plans can connect an existing rater (Tarmika, Bold Penguin and others) via Zapier or the REST API.
