What happens at 100 policies?
We auto-convert your agency to the Starter tier ($99/mo). You'll get an email a week before with the option to confirm or upgrade to Growth directly.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. While we're on the house (under 100 policies) you need zero payment info. Hosted usage (SMS, email, AI minutes) requires a card on file once you cross 100 policies.
Can I export all my data?
Yes. Every tier supports CSV export of every CRM object. Growth+ adds Book of Business export in Vertafore + Applied AMS formats.
Is Luna available?
Luna is live today as the voice on AI Dial and campaigns — renewals, quote follow-ups, welcomes, win-backs. All five AI teammates — Halo, Atlas, Sentinel, Argus, and Luna — are active.
Do you have IVANS?
Our IVANS adapter is code-complete and tested. We're under procurement for middleware partnership; direct IVANS partnership transitioning during 2026. Contact sales for current status.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month at every tier. Annual prepay discounts available at Scale + Enterprise.
Built-in rating engine?
We built one — the Rater Bridge drives the carrier's actual quoting portal and writes the premium straight back into the CRM, proven live on GEICO Auto in our own agency. It opens to agencies shortly after launch, once the browser extension clears review. Until then, connect your existing rater (Tarmika, Bold Penguin, etc.) via Zapier and our REST API.
